Bethany Presbyterian Church

Exalt God, Equip the Believers, Evangelize at Home & Abroad

Ministry Team

Pastor Lance Ziegler

I served congregations in Idaho and Utah for 10 years, in the Midwest for ten years and here in Grandview for an amazing 7 plus years.  Beth and I have four children; two boys (elementary and middle school)  and two women, one a high school senior and a college freshman.

We came to Bethany, not only because of the awesome possibility of serving a great church in the Lower Valley but because Bethany is for us, family. Members exhibit God’s mercy and love, joyfully seeking to be faithful in serving our Lord Jesus Christ.  If you come as a guest, you’ll find that out. You will leave as a friend, and if you choose to stay, you will be family!

Administrative Assistant  Lois Raymond

I have been a member of Bethany since 1987 and served in this position since 2003. I feel God led me to be the Administrative Assistant here at Bethany after being in banking for 10 years.

It is such a blessing to see God at work. This is a very active church and every day something different is happening in the church. I thank God for the opportunity He has given me. And thank the congregation for their support of me.

Youth Directors

Jason & Mary Streubel have a passion for seeing students committed to being life long Christ followers.  They truly believe a youth group is not just a place to come and hang out, but a place where students can come for relevant Biblical teaching, life changing encounters with God, tools for their life beyond 18 and amazing memories. Jason & Mary have been in active ministry to youth and adults since 1994.  Jason & Mary have been married for 12 1/2 years and have 3 wonderful children.  Currently Jason is finishing his PhD in Soil Fertility from WSU and Mary is using her MS in Education to homeschool their boys.

Preschool Teacher   Beth Ziegler

Beth has been the lead teacher since the school began.  She enjoys watching preschoolers bloom during the year.  Her love for Christ shows in her patience and soft spoken manner.

Preschool Assistant Teacher  Lori VerMulm

Lori came to Bethany Preschool in 2008 after working at other day cares and preschools.  She loves working with little children and also volunteers with the youth groups.
